Upon arrival we noticed there was a lack of staff, we waited over 35 minutes just to received a round of drinks. After this, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our starters. When they finally arrived, one starter was missing, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for it to arrive. By the time the missing starter came, everyone else had already finished their starters. The most frustrating part was the wait for the mains, which took over 2 hours. When our mains did arrive, the chips were cold, and one adult meal was missing altogether. This meant yet another wait of over 15 minutes for the missing meal, and when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the standard of service we received.

Server Jamie was excellent. Always checking we were OK. Service was so quick. Everytime our drink got low she would bring another one. Couldn't ask for more. Credit to the restaurant

The food was cold ,told the waitress, and thus was addressed straight away, replaced food, and came out volcano hot. Other than that, all was ok
